Puridiom supports a variety of electronic communication capabilities that enhance and expedite the processing of business transactions.
Puridiom’s Action Alerts module is an internal messaging option that provides an easy means of communicating with other Puridiom users. Messages may be created in any of the system function areas and addressed to any application user.
Users are notified either via email or when they log into the system. Messages can also be made to repeat at regular intervals to serve as reminders of actions to be taken.
Additionally, Puridiom supports a message board capability that also provides for collaboration among your contracting communities.
Electronic comments or “sticky notes” can also be attached to business transactions or approval routings within Puridiom that also facilitate such collaboration. These comments can be strictly for internal purposes or may be included on procurement documents sent to suppliers. Additionally, information can be emailed, with attachments, to internal and external entities.
External collaboration, between your personnel and suppliers, is also supported, through the receipt and posting of information related to bids, broadcasts to registered suppliers, and emails resulting from a variety of system triggers.
