TSA Becomes Blue Shield of California’s Help Desk
Help Desk services anticipated to drive savings for corporate procurement strategy
Mechanicsburg, PA – July 30, 2004 – TSA Inc. announced today that it will replace Blue Shield of California’s current help desk support for its e-Procurement application, Puridiom™. Blue Shield end-users will now contact TSA directly with questions on how-to use the application, to assist with document workflow and approvals, and to resolve login and security access issues. Other services to be provided by TSA are installations of sponsored application updates, ad-hoc reporting queries, and scheduled webinars to help educate new Blue Shield users. TSA’s e-Procurement solution, Puridiom™, has been successfully used by Blue Shield of California since 1999.
